A service call covers more than one broken board
Fence repair and restoration, post replacement, panel repair or replacement, hardware replacement and welding repairs all come out of the same service call. Some jobs are one leaning post, some are a whole section after a storm.
Every repair gets matched to what's already standing rather than patched in with whatever's on the truck, so a fixed section doesn't stand out as different lumber or a different weld from the rest of the fence.

Gates get maintained on their own schedule
Gate maintenance and adjustment, gate operator servicing, and rust treatment and prevention keep a gate working long before it fails outright. A hinge that's starting to bind or a leaf that's starting to sag is cheaper to catch early than to replace later.
That goes for the operator too. A ram arm that's slowing down, a control box acting up, or a solar supply that isn't keeping the battery charged all get serviced the same way the mechanical hardware does, twice a year on a normal maintenance schedule.
Chapter 03
Fixed to the posts that are actually there
A repair call starts the same way an install does: someone comes out and looks at the ground and the existing posts before quoting anything. A sagging gate usually means the fence line has moved, not just the gate.
Whatever gets repaired, welded or reset gets painted or stained to match on site before the crew leaves, so the fix reads as part of the fence rather than a patch bolted onto it.
What it costs and how long a fix should hold
The standard service call fee is $125.00. From there, cost depends on what the job actually needs: a hinge and a hardware swap is a different job from rebuilding a gate and its operator.
Gate operator installs carry a 1-year labor warranty, and Wilson Fence honors every manufacturer warranty on the hardware itself. A repaired wood fence still needs the same care as a new one, re-stained every two to three years to keep protecting the lumber.
