Wilson Fence has been setting fence line and hanging gates out of Athens, Texas since 1989. It's still locally owned, still family run, and Mike still comes out and looks at the ground himself before anyone quotes a job.
Our story
Thirty seven years on one line of work
Wilson Fence calls itself Henderson County's oldest fence company, and it's been telling that story since 1989. Mike runs it as a locally and family owned business, the same way it started, building and repairing fences and gates for homes, farms and businesses across Athens and the counties around it.
The crew includes certified welders and gate operator specialists, so a gate that needs a rebuilt frame or a new operator gets handled by someone who actually welds and wires for a living, not a subcontractor brought in for the day. Every job is fully licensed, bonded and insured.
Wilson Fence honors every manufacturer warranty on the hardware it installs, and backs its own labor on gate operator installations for a full year. Fences and gates that get stained or painted at install should be re-stained every two to three years to hold up against the East Texas sun and rain.
