Chain Link

Chain Link Fence Installation

Chain link fencing for homes, businesses and sports fields, plus dog run enclosures, from the crew that builds Wilson Fence's own backstops and outfield runs.

Chapter 01

Built for visibility and airflow, not just a boundary

Wilson Fence describes chain link the way it actually gets used: a durable, cost-effective fence line for a residential yard, a commercial lot or an industrial property, one that goes up quickly and holds up over years without blocking the view through it.

That same open weave is why it works so well for a dog run. A pet gets a secure space to move around in, and the owner keeps a clear sightline into the yard, with ventilation a solid privacy panel can't match.

The commercial and sports side of the work

A soccer field needs a fence line that keeps balls in play without becoming the thing spectators notice. A ballfield backstop and an outfield run with a yellow safety topper are a different scale of job, tall structures built to take a direct hit from a batted ball, day after day.

It's the same chain link install, scaled up: taller posts, heavier gauge fabric where the field demands it, and hardware sized for a structure that has to stand up to real use, not just weather.

Chapter 03

Set right the first time

Wilson Fence's own repair list names ground shifting and soil erosion as a real reason a fence stops standing straight. On a chain link run, that starts at the post: Mike looks at the ground before quoting, so posts go in at the depth and spacing the site actually needs, not a generic number.

Loose or sagging gates and broken or missing panels are on that same list, which is why a chain link job gets built to avoid becoming a repair call. Hardware gets set properly the first time, whether it's a yard gate or a wide commercial access point.

A dog run, done properly

A dog run is a smaller version of the same job with its own priorities: a gate that latches securely, corners tight enough that a determined dog can't work them loose, and enough open weave that the animal can still see and hear what's going on around it.

It's built with the same materials and the same care as a full property line, just sized to the space the pet actually needs.

Backstops, outfield runs and ball field fencing take more from a fence than a backyard ever will. Wilson Fence builds them with the same certified crew that handles residential chain link, sized up for the load.
